CourtCrew Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CourtCrew mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Penny Lane & Co LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Penny Lane & Co," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using CourtCrew, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use CourtCrew. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, matches, messages, and subscription information and cannot be undone.

3. The Service

CourtCrew helps you track padel and pickleball matches and stats, find courts, and connect and play with other players, including through in-app messaging, match history, and skill/ELO ratings. Features and functionality may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

When using CourtCrew, you agree not to:

  • Provide false information about yourself or your matches

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, including through messages

  • Post or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent

  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its security

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post or upload to CourtCrew (such as photos, reviews, and profile information), but you grant Penny Lane & Co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your match photos or reviews to other users). You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Subscriptions (CourtCrew Premium)

CourtCrew Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks additional features (such as advanced stats and court booking). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Stripe, depending on how you subscribed.

  • Apple App Store subscriptions: billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Web (Stripe) subscriptions: billing and cancellation are managed through your account settings in the web app.

Prices and included features may change; we will provide notice of material changes where required by law or app store policy.

7. Court Reviews and Ratings

Court reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of the users who submit them and do not represent the views of Penny Lane & Co. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted reviews.

8. Disclaimers

CourtCrew is a platform to help you track matches, find courts, and connect with other players. We do not own, operate, or control the courts or facilities listed in the app, and we are not responsible for the condition, safety, availability, or booking accuracy of any third-party court or facility. Your interactions and matches with other users are at your own risk; we recommend using good judgment when meeting people through the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PENNY LANE & CO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate, through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
